A PRACTICE CENTERED ON MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH
We imagine your decision to begin therapy is a complex one. You might be wrestling with thoughts and fears that you aren't even comfortable with yet, let alone sharing them with a complete stranger.
We get it.
You might be feeling really vulnerable right now and you're hoping that this giant leap is worth it and that you might leave feeling better. You may be worried and unsure of how to get to where you want to be.
We can help.
We want you to know that you matter and you deserve to live your life with a clear sense of identity, joy and fulfillment.
We know that our credentials, training and expertise are important , but you're more concerned with if we’re aligned, if you can trust us and if we can help you.
We can offer you a connection, hope, guidance, a space free of judgment, and practical strategies to get you feeling well again quickly. We will do that all while treating your fears and pain with the respect they deserve.
Alliance Therapy Practice is driven by a passion to help women develop stronger support systems on their journey to and through various stages of motherhood. Whether you're seeking direction for the first time or struggling to rediscover your sense of self after this major life transition, we can help you and would be delighted to work with you.
We provide a variety of services, which one speaks to you?
Whether you call it: counseling, psychotherapy, talk therapy or individual therapy, this option is available to you if you're looking to speak with me one on one, confidentially. People choose to start individual work for a multitude of reasons such as seeking support through a life transition, resolving past trauma, learning tools to manage anxiety/depression, developing insight about your life and patterns or simply gaining guidance on how to live a more fulfilling life.
Group therapy is another great option if you're looking for peer support in a confidential and intimate setting to address your concerns and make positive changes. Group therapy can provide a support network and sounding board to help put concerns into perspective, bring relief, gain resources and make you feel less isolated.
